The Carb Rotation Diet has become more popular in 2008, but it existed as a concept for a long time. Now it has become a specific diet Dietitian Jayson Hunter, and became a concrete and targeted approach.
But what is the rotation carb? Why even become?
Carb Rotation is a process in which the amount of calories from carbohydrates you eat a day to day changes. Also known as carb cycling, but for this article, I'll take the rotation of carbohydrates.
Getting carbs, you are able to avoid or at least reduce the metabolic slowdown that is so common in many fad diets, which causes many people do not find them. Metabolic slowdown occurs because many diets just tell you to cut your eating a specific food routine. That's why you have so many low carb, low fat, low protein diets, or diets that prohibit taking specific nutrients that the body needs a certain amount to run correctly. When you do this, your body thinks it is starving and responds by burning fewer calories than you can support more. This is why many people lose weight at the beginning of schemes, but seeing their efforts evaporate as the scheme progresses.
This is where the rotation comes carb diet. By turning the carbohydrates in the right direction, your "trick" your metabolism into believing that you are not really dieting when in fact you are. This allows you to burn calories at a faster pace and see the weight drop.
If you turn the carbohydrates in the right direction (and Jayson Hunter shows you how to do), you can lose more than 10 pounds in a month. Maybe even 15.
