       Eccentric - muscle lengthens as it contracts. Research has shown that doing this type of exercise improves muscle strength and performance. The quadriceps muscle is subjected to this type of contraction when a person walking down stairs or downhill.
       Isometric - muscle remains the same length, while hiring. The force required to push or pull heavy objects or hold - These exercises develop the static force. They are quick to make and do not hurt.

It is important to combine the three types of muscle movement to take care of our hot spots. This can be done effectively with body weight exercises that do not use any machine. This allows us to complete the exercises anytime and anywhere. These exercises should be done in a specific way with regard to tempo movement to exercise and how they are grouped. This type of resistance training has been proven safe and effective.
