What Is The Alkaline Diet?



The alkaline diet lifestyle includes a set of simple daily practices that easily become habits. With the power of "edge" made these simple daily habits to produce a huge difference in terms of energy levels, well-being and overall health. This article explains the five key principles of the alkaline diet and how to enter your life.

The lifestyle of the alkaline diet has gained popularity in recent years, mainly due to the influence of a number of successful coaches like Anthony Robbins, who is a strong advocate and who embodies these principles.

1. An adequate and effective hydration. Drinking the right amount of the right type of water daily is the basis of the alkaline diet lifestyle. Typically, this is 2-3 liters of alkaline antioxidant rich water, which remove toxins and provide electro-energy to each of the trillions of cells in your body. Most people lose between 2 and 3 liters of fluid a day in sweat alone and it's easy to see why the number one complaint in the company is "I have no energy." It is the water that your body needs - no other fluids have. Do not overdo this, however (no more than 4 liters per day), because the body needs a composition of essential salts to be healthy too.

2. To be fit, healthy and optimal weight, blood pH (percentage of hydrogen) in your body to be in or near 7.365. Acid alkaline scale is logarithmic, not linear, and ranges from 0 (very acidic) to 14 (very alkaline). Logarithmic means being hundred parts of alkaline water (pH above 7) required to neutralize a tail portion for example, pH 2.5). You do not need to know the science, however - in the same way that you do not need to know how electricity in order to enjoy the benefits. Just flick the switch!

3. Make sure that your diet consists of 70% water-rich foods are alkaline forming body. Examples include broccoli, green vegetables and salads. The fruits are rich in water but many contain large amounts of natural sugar which makes the acid generators when consumed. Therefore, it is preferable to restrain the consumption of fruit. Reduce your consumption of foods and beverages that are forming, including red meat, dairy products, eggs, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks (especially the varieties called "Plan") acid.

4. Thoughts can be acid or alkaline forming and will have a much greater impact on the pH of your bloodstream nothing to eat or drink. Therefore, it is very important to calm the mind every day through meditation or other relaxation. Again, by the power of "edge", the benefits of meditation or relaxation worsen daily to produce amazing results in a short period of time (a few weeks).

5. alkalizing daily exercise is very beneficial for the body and mind. It's much easier than you think too - just find a way that works for you, that you love and make it a daily habit. Enter the range "fat burning" for 20-30 minutes each day and see the results!
